The design of the four arm carbon fiber cranksets that so well identify the Super Record, Record and Chorus groupsets has also found its way into the fantastic Campagnolo Potenza 11 drivetrain, albeit in an aluminum construction. The Potenza crankset is made with both left and right crank arms in hollow forged aluminum to keep weight to a minimum while maintaining the same performance characteristics of its carbon fiber counterparts. Potenza’s four arm spider design makes for one single crankarm for all chainring options thanks to its unified bolt pattern which allows for all three chainring standards 53/39, 52/36 and 50/34 to be built upon the same crankset. Changing between compact and standard with the Potenza groupset is as easy as changing eight bolts and two chainrings. While the 4-arm bolt pattern offers advantages in terms of practicality, the Campy Tech Lab designed it primarily with performance characteristics in mind. The eight bolt pattern with a spider arm design that not only holds the chainring in place by way of the bolt but also supports the chainring and in doing so, increases system rigidity to the point of surpassing its direct competitors in laboratory tests. -Double standardized bolt circle diameter allows for use of standard, mid-compact and compact chainrings -Power-Torque system have drive-side bearing pre-installed. The non-drive bearing comes pre-installed in the bottom bracket cup -Power-Torque Plus system utilizes a self extracting crank bolt for easy disassembly -Requires use of Power-Torque bottom bracket cups -Features Campagnolo X.P.S.S. (eXtreme Performance Shifting System) featuring geometrically optimized chainring teeth. Optimized when mated to a full Campagnolo drivetrain -Power-Torque system uses a single piece axle fixed to the drive-side crank arm which allows for simplicity and a light weight and rigid axle

Campagnolo is all about drivetrain evolution, and their Chorus Crankset proves it. The full-carbon cranks and 4-arm spider feature a unified bolt pattern that allows for all three chainring standards. This design incorporates an 8-bolt pattern with a spider arm that not only holds the chainring in place by way of the bolt, but also supports the chainring to increase system rigidity. The crank arms and spider are hollow for maximum stiffness and minimal weight. The integrated Ultra-Torque spindle joins the crankset together via a toothed Hirth joint in the center. - Chainring BCD: Campagnolo 146 Asymmetric, Campagnolo 112 Asymmetric
The new Record 12x2 Speed crankset: a new hole-free design for the right-hand crank that optimizes aerodynamics. The new carbon fiber Record 12x2 Speed crankset with unidirectional finishing guarantees continuity with the finishing of the entire groupset, whilst maintaining the Ultra-Torque bracket system on the steel axle to ensure perfect transmission of power. The new Record 12x2 Speed crankset can be installed on any type of frame, whether or not it is being used with disc brakes because it optimizes the chain line on the frame with a rear hub flange measuring 130, 135 or 142 millimeters without affecting the Q factor that remains constant at 145.5 millimeters. The innovative design of the outer chainring ensures faster, quieter derailing owing to the contoured pin. The symmetrical design of the inner chainring teeth allows improved stability with chain crossovers. The double wheel sizing standards (112 and 145 millimeters) enable reducing the weight through greater use of carbon fiber. There are eight fixing screws for increased structural stiffness. The varying number of pins for each of the three chainring combinations (34/50, 36/52, 39/53) facilitates upshifting due to the optimized free strokes associated with each combination. The special drains on the inside of the outer chainrings optimize performance when downshifting in dead spots.

The new Super Record 12x2 Speed crankset: an intense concentration of innovation that results in the greatest possible stiffness and precision in derailing, whilst providing a dedicated aerodynamic “super design." The new carbon fiber Super Record 12x2 Speed crankset has been made lighter on the inside through Campagnolo Hollow Technology, which uses the Ultra-Torque bracket system with a titanium axle to transfer all of the force the athlete applies to the pedal to the drivetrain. The new Super Record 12x2 Speed crankset can be installed on any type of frame, whether or not it is being used with disc brakes because it optimizes the chain line on the frame with a rear hub flange measuring 130, 135 or 142 millimeters, without affecting the Q factor, which remains constant at 145.5 millimeters thanks to the new hand crank design. The use of ceramic Cult bearings leads to obtaining the smooth ride that the Campagnolo brand is known for. The innovative design of the outer chainring ensures faster, quieter derailing owing to the contoured pin. The symmetrical design of the inner chainring teeth allows improved stability with chain crossovers. The double wheel sizing standards (112 and 145 millimeters) combined with the eight fixing screws, optimize weight and stiffness through the increased use of carbon fiber. The varying number of pins for each of the three chainring combinations (34/50, 36/52, 39/53) facilitates upshifting due to the optimized free strokes associated with each combination. Consistency and accuracy in training lead to better results, which is why using a consistently accurate and reliable power meter is vital. Quarq power meters using Quarq technology, measure power at the crankset spider. This the best place on the bike to measure power because all of your pedaling effort flows directly through the spider and it can be measured with great precision. Quarq's Active Temperature Compensation, which is calibrated with over 10,000 data points, makes their ELSA RS Power Meter Crankset accurate to within 1.5% (strain gauges benefit from accurate temperature). Plus the ELSA RS is specifically designed to match Shimano's 4-bolt Hollowglide chainrings for a seamless junction between ring and chassis. Quarq's Exogram Hollow Carbon crankarms deliver every watt to the road while keeping the weight incredibly low. ANT+ technology lets you hook up your desired compatible head unit, the LED indicator flashes when the power meter is on, and the single, easily-replaced CR2032 battery lasts for up to 300 hours of ride time. - Compatible with 11-speed Shimano chainrings (Dura-Ace, Ultegra, and 105) - Chainrings and bottom bracket are sold separately - Requires ANT+ head unit (sold separately) - 616 grams (GXP, 172.5mm) - Battery life: 300 hours
To reach your maximum potential as a cyclist, it's a great idea to train with a power meter, and the Quarq RIKEN brings together excellent accuracy and performance in a wireless, crank-based unit. It uses ANT+ wireless technology to pair with a head unit of your choice (sold separately), to display and record your ride data. Plus, an LED indicator lets you know you've correctly synced the RIKEN with your head unit. And, the user-replaceable battery is a simple to swap and readily available CR2032. With the RIKEN's excellent accuracy you get extremely useful data, even if you swap chainrings, thanks to Quarq's Omnical technology.
