SQlab Innerbarends 411 R Carbon

411 R Inner Innerbarends are for performance and offer a steeper hand position than the comfort version. They allow moving the hand far inwards on the bar which positions the elbows such that they can comfortably rest against your torso. This stretches the upper body position slightly more forward. This is both an aerodynamic and bio mechanical advantage. More comfort is provided by the more relaxed neck muscles and the changed load zone of the hand.

SQlab mounts the barends inwards of the grips, so called Innerbarends. The Innerbarends fit most bikes. As most brake levers are long enough, that for best brake performance one can and should mount them inboard of the shifter, there is usually sufficient space between grips and shifter / brake lever for mounting the Innerbarends.
